You are invited to exhibit your products and services to 100-130 higher education purchasing professionals attending the annual Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana (TOAL) regional meeting of the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP). In addition to the TOAL members, a number of other purchasing professionals from local educational and other governmental entities will be invited to attend. Cancellation

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Patty Winkler
  • Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2023, a full refund will be issued
  • Cancellations received after August 1, 2023; no refund will be issued.
  • Substitutions are accepted and valid for this conference only.

Booth Assignment & Payment

All booth assignments will be assigned by TOAL Board September 1, 2023. Payment must be received prior to booth assignment. If payment has not been received your booth registration will be cancelled.
